Air conditioning is a machine that runs for months at a time. A yearly service keeps it cheap to run, quiet, and covered under the manufacturer's terms.
Why servicing matters
Efficiency. A blocked filter or a slightly low refrigerant charge makes the unit work harder for the same result, and you pay for that on your electricity bill.
Lifespan. Most of the faults we're called out to fix started as something small that a service would have picked up.
Warranty. Manufacturers expect their units to be serviced. Skip it and you risk the warranty when you need it most.
Clean air. Filters and coils collect dust and moisture. Cleaning them properly means the air coming out of the unit is fresh, not stale.

All servicing is carried out by F-Gas certified engineers, legally required for any work involving refrigerant, and the reason the job gets done properly.
